Whiteley V‑Wipes Hospital Grade Disinfectant Wipes are pre‑moistened wipes designed to clean and disinfect environmental surfaces and non‑critical medical devices in one step. Registered in Australia on the ARTG (354053) as an instrument grade disinfectant – low level (Class IIb) for non‑critical medical devices, and carrying “hospital grade” surface disinfectant claims for environmental surfaces, they offer broad application across healthcare settings.
Intended Use and Compatibility
Suitable for high‑touch surfaces such as hospital beds, theatre trolleys, benches, stainless steel, taps, phones, and equipment surfaces across ICU, operating theatres, CSSD, dental/GP clinics, laboratories, and amenities. Generally safe on most materials and non‑corrosive to metals. If discoloration, cracking, or degradation occurs, discontinue use. Note: potential issues with PVC and some polycarbonates—test on an inconspicuous area if uncertain.

Directions for Use
- If needed, first remove organic soiling with a wipe. Use a fresh wipe to disinfect, ensuring complete surface coverage and contact; allow to air dry. For best results, wipe in one direction.
- Non‑critical medical devices intended for skin contact: rinse with potable water after disinfection and allow to dry.
- Food‑contact surfaces: typically no rinse required unless determined by site risk assessment; if required, rinse with potable water.
- Dispose of used wipes appropriately; do not flush.
