The SOFMESH SI Wound Contact Layer by Sentry Medical is an advanced wound care solution designed to enhance healing while minimizing discomfort. Indications for Use

It also serves as a protective layer for non-exuding wounds or areas with fragile skin, and can be used in conjunction with Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT).
Precautions
- Not suitable for use on infected wounds without clinical supervision.
- Patients with known silicone allergies should avoid use.
- Special care is advised for bleeding wounds or those with high viscosity exudate.
Application Instructions
- Cleanse the Wound: Follow clinical protocol.
- Select Size: Cut the dressing if necessary.
- Apply: Place the silicone side on the wound.
- Cover: Use an appropriate secondary dressing.
Wear Time
The dressing can remain in place for up to 7 days, with a maximum interval between changes of 14 days, depending on clinical indications.
