This system features a separate baseplate and pouch, connected through a mechanical Click coupling system that provides an audible 'click' to ensure secure locking.
Adaptive Fit
The elastic adhesive baseplate is engineered to stretch and retract with body movements, providing a personalized fit that adapts to various body shapes. Available in flat, convex (Light and Deep), and concave designs, the baseplate caters to different body profiles, including those with bulges, hernias, and curves. The convex variants offer additional stability for stomas that are flush, retracted, or situated in skin folds, helping to minimize leakage risk.

SenSura Mio Click offers baseplates in pre-cut or customizable hole sizes, with coupling diameters of 40 mm, 50 mm, 60 mm, and 70 mm. The pouches come in various sizes and are available in transparent, neutral grey, or with an inspection window. Options include urostomy, drainable, and high-output variants, with urostomy pouches featuring a multi-chamber design to evenly distribute urine and reduce splashing.

Crafted from a soft, neutral-grey textile material, the system ensures discretion and comfort. The low-friction surface remains dry after showering, providing a comfortable feel against the skin and under clothing. The full-circle filter with a unique pre-filter is designed to reduce ballooning by up to 61%.
Security and Ease of Use
The mechanical Click coupling system allows the pouch to be rotated into the desired position before locking, with color-coded components to ensure correct matching. This design enables pouch changes without removing the baseplate, enhancing convenience. Additional features for urostomy and drainable variants include a double-layer adhesive for skin protection, an anti-reflux valve to reduce urinary infections, and a soft tuck-away outlet for added comfort.
