Connectivity and Cannula System
A 15 mm bonded connector allows seamless attachment to ventilator breathing circuits, even without an inner cannula. The inner cannula system includes reusable, color-coded cannulae that are both fenestrated and non-fenestrated, allowing for easy identification and maintenance. This dual cannula design enables quick removal and replacement to maintain tube patency, with a cleaning brush provided for convenience.
Cuff Features
The Profile Soft-Seal cuff is designed to be soft, low-pressure, and high-volume, with reduced bulk for easier insertion and minimal trauma. Cuffed versions include an air-filled cuff with a blue pilot balloon, and cuff pressure should be maintained within 20–30 mmHg. The radiopaque nature of the tube allows for X-ray visibility and position confirmation.
