Formulation

Each sachet contains a precise blend of:

• Sodium Acid Citrate
• Potassium Chloride
• Glucose

These ingredients are complemented by an orange flavour, making the solution more palatable. The formulation is designed to be dissolved in 200 mL of water, resulting in a balanced electrolyte solution with specific concentrations of glucose, sodium, potassium, chloride, and citrate.

Usage Instructions

To prepare, simply dissolve the contents of one sachet in 200 mL of fresh drinking water. For infants, use freshly boiled and cooled water. It is important not to boil the solution after preparation or to add any other substances like sugar or soft drinks. The prepared solution should be consumed within 24 hours if refrigerated, or within 1 hour if kept at room temperature.

Administer the solution in frequent sips. In cases of vomiting, a short pause before resuming intake is recommended. For infants, it can be given before breastfeeding or as a substitute for formula if necessary. The taste can be optionally enhanced with orange juice or mashed banana.
