Suitable for oral or nasal intubation, it incorporates a micro‑thin polyurethane cuff engineered to achieve a reliable tracheal seal at low cuff pressures. This cuff aims to limit peritubal leakage and reduce micro‑aspiration of pharyngeal secretions, and its design may contribute to a lower risk of ventilator‑associated pneumonia (VAP) during prolonged ventilation when used per institutional protocols.
