The Avanos MICROCUFF Adult Endotracheal Tube is a cuffed airway device for oral or nasal intubation in operating rooms, intensive care units, and emergency settings. It is designed to support secure airway management, including prolonged ventilation, and is supplied as a single-use device.

- Microthin polyurethane cuff intended to achieve a high tracheal seal at low cuff pressures and help minimize peritubal leakage and microaspiration.
- Cuff profile designed to limit fold and channel formation; may contribute to a lower risk of ventilator-associated pneumonia during prolonged ventilation.
- Magill curve with Murphy eye to help maintain airflow if the distal tip becomes partially obstructed.
- Depth and measurement aids, including a black vocal cord marker and placement bands, to support correct positioning.
- Continuous radiopaque line for X-ray visibility to confirm placement.
