Description
A low-profile, button-style enteral access device designed to deliver enteral nutrition directly to the small intestine (distal duodenum/proximal jejunum). This jejunal feeding tube is intended for patients who cannot tolerate gastric feeding or who present with impaired gastric emptying, severe GERD, gastric outlet obstruction, aspiration risk, or post-esophagectomy/gastrectomy needs. Prescription use only (Rx).
Indications and Use
- Direct jejunal feeding when gastric feeding is contraindicated or poorly tolerated
- Support for patients with delayed gastric emptying or severe reflux
- Situations requiring reduced aspiration risk
- Use following upper GI surgery per clinical judgment
Design and Materials
- Low-profile button with external bolster that sits close to the skin for a discreet profile
- Internal retention balloon; medical-grade silicone construction
- Single feeding access port labeled “Jejunal” (no separate medication port)
- Radiopaque stripe for imaging confirmation and centimeter markings for external length checks
- Detachable ENFit extension sets with SECUR-LOK mechanism for secure attachment
- Button can be concealed when not in use; distal tip may be trimmed to tailor length per IFU

Placement and Replacement
- May be placed percutaneously under fluoroscopic or endoscopic guidance, surgically, or used as a replacement through an established tract
- French size and stoma length selection based on clinical assessment and imaging
- Follow the manufacturer’s Instructions for Use for placement technique, maintenance, and balloon management
