Overview
The MIC-KEY Low-Profile Jejunal (J) Feeding Tube by Avanos Medical is a button-style, medical-grade silicone device designed to deliver enteral nutrition, fluids, and medications directly to the jejunum. It is intended for patients who require jejunal feeding only and features a discreet low-profile external button for comfort and ease of daily care. This model includes a single jejunal access port and does not provide gastric decompression.
Indications
- Patients who cannot tolerate gastric feeding or have impaired gastric emptying
- Intestinal motility disorders or gastric outlet obstruction
- Severe gastroesophageal reflux or aspiration risk
- Post-esophagectomy or gastrectomy where jejunal feeding is indicated

Placement and replacement
- May be placed percutaneously under fluoroscopic or endoscopic guidance, surgically, or used as a replacement via an established stoma tract
