Description
The Avanos MIC-KEY low-profile jejunal feeding tube is a button-style enteral access device designed to deliver nutrition and medications directly into the small intestine (distal duodenum or proximal jejunum). It is intended for jejunal feeding only and features a single access port labeled “Jejunal”; it does not include a gastric decompression port.

Indications and Intended Use
For patients who cannot tolerate or adequately absorb nutrition via the stomach, including those with impaired gastric emptying or intestinal motility disorders, gastric outlet obstruction, severe gastroesophageal reflux, aspiration risk, or history of esophagectomy/gastrectomy. Prescription use only (Rx).
Placement and Replacement
May be placed percutaneously under fluoroscopic or endoscopic guidance, surgically, or used as a replacement through an established stoma tract. Follow the manufacturer’s Instructions for Use for device selection, placement technique, maintenance, and balloon management. Jejunal limb length is measured from the distal aspect of the retention balloon to the tube tip.

- Stoma length options (cm): 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.5, 1.7, 2.0, 2.3, 2.5, 2.7, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5
- Jejunal limb length: 82 cm (standard across offerings) and trimmable to meet patient requirements
- Jejunal length is consistent across sizes and stoma lengths; select stoma length to match abdominal wall thickness

Constructed from medical-grade silicone. Supplied sterile; sterilized by gamma irradiation.
