Overview
This low-profile, button-style jejunal feeding tube is designed for patients requiring jejunal feeding only. It is intended for placement through a gastric stoma and provides an inconspicuous external profile with an external bolster design similar to a MIC-KEY gastrostomy tube. Single-use only.
Indications
- Delivers enteral nutrition and medications via a single access port labeled “Jejunal” into the distal duodenum or proximal jejunum.
- Suitable for patients who cannot tolerate or absorb adequate nutrition via the stomach, have intestinal motility disorders, gastric outlet obstruction, severe gastroesophageal reflux, are at risk of aspiration, or have undergone upper GI surgery (e.g., esophagectomy or partial gastrectomy).

- Replacement via an established stoma tract.
Design Features
- Medical-grade silicone construction.
- Single ENFit access port labeled “Jejunal”; no separate medication port.
- Internal retention balloon with a white BAL port for inflation/deflation; stoma French size is printed on the BAL port.
- SECUR-LOK external retention ring for adjustable external stabilization.
- ENFit compatibility with MIC-KEY extension sets and a SECUR-LOK extension-set connector mechanism.
- Radiopaque stripe along the tube length for visibility on imaging.
- Centimeter markings to assist with positioning.
- Tapered, trimmable distal tip to accommodate patient-specific requirements.

- Outer diameter (French sizes): 14 Fr, 18 Fr.
- Jejunal length: 82 cm (all variants).
- Stoma length options (cm): 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.5, 1.7, 2.0, 2.3, 2.5, 2.7, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5.
Sterility and Regulatory
- Sterile; gamma sterilized.
- Prescription use (Rx only).

Additional Notes
- Designed for adult and pediatric patients through selection of French size and stoma length.
- This jejunal tube provides only a single JEJUNAL access port and does not include a gastric decompression port.
- Placement and management should be performed according to institutional protocols and clinician judgment.
