Description
The Avanos MIC-KEY Low-Profile Jejunal (J) Feeding Tube is a sterile, single-use, skin-level jejunostomy device designed for jejunal feeding only. It delivers enteral nutrition and medications into the distal duodenum or proximal jejunum via a gastric stoma and is used when gastric feeding is not tolerated, such as with impaired gastric emptying, intestinal motility disorders, severe gastro-oesophageal reflux, gastric outlet obstruction, aspiration risk, or following upper GI surgery.

- May be placed endoscopically (under endoscopic guidance), radiologically (under fluoroscopic guidance), surgically, or as a replacement through an established stoma tract

- Jejunal-only device; it does not provide gastric decompression
