The Avanos Medical MIC-KEY Low-Profile Jejunal (J) Feeding Tube is a button-style, skin-level device designed for direct jejunal nutrition when gastric feeding is not tolerated. Suitable for pediatric and adult patients, it provides a discreet profile at the stoma site while supporting continuous or bolus jejunal feeding via compatible extension sets. Prescription only.

- Kit includes MIC-KEY ENFit-compatible extension sets; continuous and/or bolus styles with right-angle and/or straight variants may be supplied depending on the kit
Placement and replacement
- May be placed percutaneously under fluoroscopic or endoscopic guidance, or surgically, per clinical judgment
- Can be used as a replacement through an established stoma tract
- Select French size and stoma length based on patient assessment
- Follow the manufacturer’s Instructions for Use for placement technique, balloon fill/maintenance, and ongoing care
Compatibility
- Compatible with MIC-KEY ENFit extension sets via the SECUR-LOK connection
