The Avanos MIC-KEY Low-Profile Gastric-Jejunal (GJ) Feeding Tube (ENFit) is a skin-level, button-style device for pediatric and adult patients who require post-pyloric (jejunal) feeding while allowing simultaneous gastric decompression or venting through a separate lumen.

Design and Ports

• Low-profile, skin-level button with an external bolster and an internal inflatable retention balloon.
• Dual lumens with clearly marked access points on the external bolster: JEJUNAL (feeding) and GASTRIC (decompression/venting); separate BAL port for balloon inflation/deflation.
• One-way valves in the JEJUNAL and GASTRIC ports open upon attachment of a MIC-KEY extension set.
• No dedicated medication port; medications are administered via the jejunal or gastric lumen per clinical direction.

Connectivity and Kit Contents

• ENFit standard connectivity via MIC-KEY ENFit extension sets.
• SECUR-LOK mechanism helps secure the extension set to the button ports during use.
• Kits include ENFit extension sets (continuous and/or bolus styles, depending on kit configuration).
