The Avanos MIC-KEY Low-Profile Gastric-Jejunal (GJ) Feeding Tube Kit (Non-ENFit) is a skin-level, button-style device that enables simultaneous jejunal feeding and gastric decompression through separate lumens. Inserted via an established gastric stoma with the distal limb positioned in the jejunum, it supports post-pyloric nutrition while allowing gastric drainage for pediatric and adult patients, per clinical judgment. The low-profile design helps reduce external profile when not connected to extension sets.
