A low-profile, skin-level gastro-jejunal feeding device designed for simultaneous jejunal feeding and gastric decompression. The double-lumen configuration is placed through a gastric stoma with the distal limb positioned in the jejunum, supporting post‑pyloric nutrition while allowing gastric drainage. Suitable for pediatric and adult patients who require enteral access beyond the pylorus in conjunction with venting of the stomach.

Design and Key Features

• Low-profile external button with clearly labeled ports: JEJUNAL (J), GASTRIC (G), and BAL (balloon).
• Internal inflatable silicone retention balloon with an external low-profile bolster for skin-level stabilization.
• Weighted jejunal limb to help maintain jejunal placement; radiopaque stripe for imaging confirmation.
• Tapered distal tip and multiple jejunal exit ports to promote flow and help reduce clogging.
• Gastric lumen includes side holes for drainage and decompression.
• One-way/anti‑reflux valves in J and G ports that open when an appropriate MIC‑KEY extension set is attached.

Connectivity and Access

• Uses MIC‑KEY Extension Sets that secure to the button via the SECUR‑LOK locking mechanism.
• Available with ENFit patient-end connectivity; kits include ENFit extension sets. A catheter‑tip connector option is also available.
• Extension set choices include continuous/pump and bolus styles to match feeding method.

Materials and Biocompatibility

• Tube: high-clarity, medical‑grade silicone; components include polyether imide, polycarbonate, barium sulfate, and a stainless steel spring.
• Extension sets: PVC (citrate plasticizer) and ABS; clamp polypropylene.
• Not made with natural rubber latex, DEHP, DBP, or BBP.

Sizes and Configurations

• French sizes: 14, 16, 18, 22 Fr.
• Stoma lengths: approximately 1.0 to 7.0 cm in defined increments.
• Jejunal lengths: 15, 22, 30, 45 cm; measured from the distal aspect of the retention balloon to the catheter tip.
