The Avanos MIC-KEY Low-Profile Gastric-Jejunal (GJ) Feeding Tube Kit with ENFit connectivity is a skin-level enteral access device designed for pediatric and adult patients who require post-pyloric feeding with concurrent gastric venting. Placed via a gastric stoma with the distal limb positioned in the jejunum, its low-profile, button-style head supports discreet wear and everyday comfort while enabling reliable enteral therapy.

Design and Ports
- Low-profile button head with external bolster for secure skin-level positioning
- Internal inflatable retention balloon
- Three access points on the external bolster:
- JEJUNAL (J) port for feeding
- GASTRIC (G) port for decompression/venting
- BAL port for balloon inflation/deflation
- One-way valves in the J and G ports that open when MIC-KEY ENFit extension sets are attached
- Ports are clearly marked and color coded G and J; no dedicated medication port
Connectivity and Accessories
- ENFit connector standard for patient and device compatibility
- Uses MIC-KEY ENFit extension sets; available for continuous and bolus feeding
- Extension sets are compatible across French sizes and activate the ports’ one-way valves
- This kit is the ENFit configuration; the broader MIC-KEY line also includes catheter-tip options (not included here)
