Description
A low-profile, skin-level gastric-jejunal feeding and drainage device from Avanos Medical (MIC-KEY brand), this tube is designed to deliver post-pyloric nutrition while allowing gastric decompression or venting. It is intended for pediatric and adult patients who require simultaneous jejunal feeding and gastric decompression. The device is inserted through a gastric stoma with the distal limb positioned in the jejunum. Rx only.

Design and Access Ports
- Low-profile, skin-level “button” with an internal inflatable silicone retention balloon
- External bolster for skin-level stabilization
- Three access points:
- JEJUNAL port: feeding and medication administration per clinical direction
- GASTRIC port: decompression/venting
- BAL port: balloon inflation/deflation
- JEJUNAL and GASTRIC ports include one-way valves that open when a MIC-KEY extension set is attached
- Clearly labeled G and J ports; no dedicated medication port (medications delivered via J or G per clinical direction)
Jejunal Segment Features
- Weighted jejunal segment to help maintain position in the jejunum
- Multiple jejunal exit ports to distribute infusate
- Tapered distal tip to facilitate passage
- Radiopaque stripe for visualization on imaging
