Daily care involves cleaning the tube and stoma site with mild soap and water, rotating the tube to prevent adherence, and maintaining the balloon's water volume. Flushing the tube and extension sets with water before and after use helps prevent clogging.

Safety and Compatibility

The MIC-KEY tube is compatible only with MIC-KEY extension sets and accessories to avoid valve damage. It is not suitable for patients with specific conditions such as ascites or peritonitis. The design allows for normal activities like bathing and swimming after the initial healing period, providing a seamless integration into daily life.
