Avanos MIC-KEY Low-Profile Balloon Gastrostomy (G) Button with ENFit extension sets is a skin-level, balloon-retained device for long‑term enteral access in pediatric through adult patients. The discreet profile helps reduce snagging under clothing, while a proximal anti‑reflux valve in the feeding port helps limit backflow. The button uses the dedicated MIC‑KEY SECUR‑LOK connection for MIC‑KEY extension sets; the included extension sets provide ENFit connectors, with a Y‑connector medication port for dosing.

Indications and placement

• For patients requiring long‑term enteral feeding, gastric decompression, and/or medication delivery directly to the stomach who cannot tolerate oral feeding and are at low aspiration risk.
• Suitable for initial placement under fluoroscopic, laparoscopic, or endoscopic guidance, or as a replacement in a mature stoma tract.
