Description
A low-profile, balloon-retained gastrostomy “button” designed for long-term enteral access in pediatric and adult patients. This MIC-KEY by Avanos Medical configuration supports enteral feeding, medication delivery, and gastric decompression while remaining skin level to help minimize snagging and interference with clothing. The internal inflatable retention balloon secures the device, and the ENFit feeding port incorporates an anti-reflux valve that remains closed when no extension set is attached. Keep the port capped when not in use.
Construction and design
- High-clarity, medical-grade silicone body; sterile device; natural rubber latex-free.
- ENFit feeding port with anti-reflux valve.
- Use only MIC-KEY extension sets with the MIC-KEY feeding port.
- SECUR-LOK right-angle patient-end connector helps reduce leaks and accidental disconnects.
- ENFit Y-connector on the continuous extension includes a dedicated medication port.
- Extension sets: non-sterile, reusable for a single patient, natural rubber latex-free, DEHP-free.
