The Avanos MIC-KEY Low-Profile Balloon Gastrostomy Button is a skin-level, balloon-retained G‑tube designed for long-term enteral feeding, medication delivery, and gastric decompression in pediatric and adult patients. It may be placed percutaneously under fluoroscopic, laparoscopic, or endoscopic guidance, or used as a replacement device in an established stoma tract.

Balloon fill volumes (sterile or distilled water only)

• 12 Fr: recommended 3 mL; maximum 5 mL.
• 14–24 Fr: recommended 5 mL; maximum 10 mL.

Kit contents (ENFit configuration)

• MIC-KEY Low-Profile Gastrostomy Feeding Tube (ENFit).
• Two ENFit extension sets, 12 in each: one Continuous Feed set and one Bolus Feed set; right‑angle SECUR‑LOK patient-end; include tubing clamp; Y‑connector includes a medication port. Extension sets are non‑sterile and reusable for a single patient; latex‑free and DEHP‑free.
• 6 mL luer slip syringe for balloon inflation/deflation.
• 35 mL ENFit enteral syringe.
• Gauze pad.
• Some kits (region-dependent) include an insertion stylet and water‑soluble lubricant; these are not included in all markets.

Compatibility and handling

• Use only MIC‑KEY extension sets with the MIC‑KEY feeding port to ensure proper engagement and valve protection.
• Inflate/deflate the retention balloon with sterile or distilled water only.
