Description
The Avanos MIC-KEY Low-Profile Balloon Gastrostomy Button is a skin-level G-tube designed for long-term enteral access in pediatric and adult patients. It supports enteral nutrition, medication delivery, and gastric decompression. The device may be placed percutaneously under fluoroscopic, laparoscopic, or endoscopic guidance and can also serve as a replacement device for an established stoma tract. Prescription use (Rx only).

Connectors and extension sets
- SECUR-LOK right-angle patient-end connector helps reduce leaks and minimize unintentional disconnection.
- Included ENFit extension sets (each 12 in): one continuous-feed right-angle Y-connector set with a dedicated medication port and one straight (bolus) set.
- Extension sets feature an integrated tubing clamp; they are non-sterile, natural rubber latex-free, DEHP-free, and reusable for a single patient only.

Balloon inflation guidance
- Use sterile or distilled water only.
- 12 Fr: recommended 3 mL (maximum 5 mL)
- 14–24 Fr: recommended 5 mL (maximum 10 mL)
Additional notes
- G-tube only; medication administration is via the ENFit Y-connector medication port on the extension set.
