Description
The Avanos MIC ENFit Jejunal (J) Feeding Tube is a balloon-retained, single-lumen device designed to deliver enteral nutrition and medications into the distal duodenum or proximal jejunum when gastric feeding is unsuitable. It is intended for placement through an existing gastric stoma.

- Medical-grade silicone construction with internal silicone retention balloon

- Trimmable distal tip for individualized fit

- Balloon fill volumes:
- 12 Fr: 2–3 mL
- 14–24 Fr: 7–10 mL
- Ports: single jejunal feeding port; no dedicated medication port (medications may be administered via the feeding port)
- Connector: ENFit male
- External retention: SECUR-LOK ring

- Placement or replacement through an established gastric stoma under endoscopic, radiologic (fluoroscopic), or surgical guidance

Shelf Life and Storage
- Shelf life: 2 years from date of manufacture
- Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and radiation; keep in original packaging when practicable
Contraindications and Precautions
- Contraindications: ascites, colonic interposition, portal hypertension, peritonitis, morbid obesity
- Do not reuse, reprocess, or resterilize
