Description
A balloon‑retained, single‑lumen silicone jejunal feeding tube designed for delivery of enteral nutrition and medications into the distal duodenum or proximal jejunum. Intended for placement through an existing gastric stoma when gastric feeding is not suitable. Suitable for adult and pediatric patients, it supports clinical scenarios such as inadequate gastric absorption, intestinal motility disorders, gastric outlet obstruction, severe gastro‑oesophageal reflux, aspiration risk, or post upper‑GI surgery (e.g., oesophagectomy, partial gastrectomy).
Placement Options
- Endoscopic (under endoscopic guidance)
- Radiologic (under fluoroscopic guidance)
- Surgical placement
- Replacement via an established stoma tract
Design & Key Features

- Single jejunal feeding access port with ENFit connector labeled “Jejunal”
- Separate white balloon port labeled “BAL” for inflation/deflation (French size printed on BAL port)
- SECUR‑LOK external retention ring for adjustable external stabilization
- Radiopaque stripe along tube length and centimeter markings for placement verification and monitoring
- Trimmable distal tip to meet patient‑specific length requirements
- Single‑lumen configuration; medications may be administered via the jejunal port per clinical practice
