Description
The MIC balloon-retained gastrostomy feeding tube from Avanos provides gastric-only enteral access for pediatric and adult patients who cannot tolerate oral feeding and are at low risk for aspiration. It supports long-term delivery of nutrition and medications and may also be used for gastric decompression. This is not a gastro-jejunal tube.

- May be placed surgically or percutaneously under fluoroscopic or endoscopic guidance
- Suitable as a replacement through a mature/matured stoma tract

- Sizes available: 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30 Fr
- Balloon fill volumes (size-dependent; refer to device labeling):
- 12 Fr: 2–3 mL
- 14–16 Fr: 3–5 mL
- 18–30 Fr: 7–10 mL (e.g., 20 Fr: 7–10 mL)
