Use Guidance

• Open the pouch; if a solution packet is included, activate it as directed before opening. Moisten standard swabs if needed and clean all oral surfaces gently, removing any loose particles.
• For suction variants, connect to the suction line and cover the thumb port to control suction; flush suction tubing after use per facility protocol.
• Ensure the foam head remains intact during care. Use a bite block when caring for patients with altered consciousness or limited cooperation. Dispose after a single use; typically supplied non-sterile.
