Fitting instructions
1) Unfold and gently fold the pad lengthways to form a central channel. 2) Remove the release paper and fix the adhesive side to the crotch area of close‑fitting underwear, positioned so urine flows to the central area. 3) Pull up underwear and check for a close fit at the groin to ensure security and discretion.
