Description
iD Expert Light Incontinence Pads are small, disposable shaped pads from iD (Ontex Healthcare) designed for discreet protection against light bladder leakage. Suitable for daily and active use, they are worn inside conventional close‑fitting underwear to manage small drips and stress incontinence while maintaining comfort and discretion. These pads are not a replacement for underwear.
Key features
- Thin, contoured design that follows body curves for a discreet, natural fit under clothing.
- Fast absorption via an acquisition layer and multi‑layer core with super‑absorbent polymers to lock in fluid, support a dry feel, and minimize rewetting.
- Integrated waterproof anti‑leak side cuffs and elasticated zones for secure anatomical fit and leakage containment.
- Wide lengthwise adhesive strip on the back for stable fixation in close‑fitting underwear.
- Soft, “cotton‑feel” textile backsheet for quiet comfort and discretion.
- Breathable areas (“Air System”) to support skin health.
- Odour control system to help neutralize ammonia and reduce unpleasant odours.
- Dermatologically tested to help minimize the risk of skin irritation.
Variants and specifications
- Normal: approx. 295 mL (ISO ≈289 mL); length ~280 mm
- Extra: approx. 500 mL; length ~350 mm
- Maxi: approx. 668 mL; length ~405 mm

How to use
1) Unfold, smooth/flatten the pad, then fold lengthways to create a gentle central channel. 2) Remove the paper from the adhesive strip. 3) Position the pad in the crotch of close‑fitting underwear so urine flows into the central absorbent area; press to secure. 4) Pull underwear up, ensuring a snug fit at the groin so the pad stays in place.
Important advice
- Oil‑based barrier creams can reduce pad performance; if used, apply sparingly and only to the treated area.
Disposal
- Do not flush.
- Wrap and dispose of used pads with household waste.
