The HALYARD HEAT SEAL TYVEK REEL is a specialized sterilization packaging solution crafted for medical environments. Designed for compatibility with hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) plasma sterilization systems, it ensures the effective sterilization of medical devices while maintaining sterility over time.

Material Composition

• Tyvek® 1073B Material: Known for its durability, providing superior puncture and abrasion resistance.
• Multilayer Transparent Polymeric Film: Offers a clear view of the contents while enhancing the package's strength.

• Triple Rail Heat Seals: Enhances seal strength, ensuring a reliable barrier against contaminants.
• Clean, Fibre-Free Peel: Allows for easy opening without compromising sterility.
• Bacterial Barrier: Maintains sterility (SAL=10⁻⁶) for up to two years post-sterilization, given package integrity is preserved.

Process Indicators

Equipped with external chemical indicators that change color after H₂O₂ sterilization, providing clear validation of the sterilization process.

Recommended Use

Ideal for medical devices with specific dimensions, such as those with single stainless-steel lumens. The reel is available in sizes of 150mm, 200mm, and 250mm, each 100 meters in length.
