SureSafe® offers a highly reliable sterile surgical gown designed for single use, ideal for maintaining a sterile environment in medical and veterinary settings. This gown is particularly suited for procedures in surgery, pathology, ICU, and low-risk patient isolation, providing essential protection against fluids, contaminants, and bacteria.

Material and Design

Crafted from 4-layer SMMS polypropylene, the gown is lightweight at 35gsm, anti-static, and breathable, ensuring comfort during prolonged wear. The material's fluid-repellent properties and excellent microbial barrier are complemented by poly-reinforcement in critical zones, making it compliant with AAMI Level 2 and EN 13795 standards. This design is suitable for scenarios involving light fluid exposure and low risk.

Seam and Closure Features

The gown features sonically bonded and sealed seams, including sleeve seams, to prevent fluid penetration. A secure fit is achieved through Velcro neck binding and waist ties, allowing for easy donning and doffing. The generous cut of the gown enhances comfort and freedom of movement.

Additional Components

Each gown includes a large 90 x 90 cm sterile transfer wrap and offers options for hand drying towels: either two paper towels or one lint-free cotton huck towel. These components are designed to enhance convenience and hygiene during medical procedures.

Tracking and Disposal

For effective record-keeping, the gown includes a tracking label for patient and clinic documentation. As a disposable item, it is intended for single use and should be properly disposed of after use to prevent the spread of infection.

Size and Packaging Options

Available in sizes Medium, Large, X-Large, and XX-Large, the gowns are packaged in cartons containing either 36 or 54 gowns, depending on the configuration. Packaging options include the gown alone or with the addition of hand drying towels, catering to various institutional needs.
