Fortini Multi Fibre (Nutricia) is a Food for Special Medical Purposes for paediatric use (≥1 year). This ready‑to‑drink, high‑energy oral nutritional supplement is for enteral use only and must be used under medical supervision. It may be used as a sole source of nutrition or as a supplement for the dietary management of disease‑related malnutrition, increased energy/protein requirements, faltering growth, and bowel irregularity (constipation or diarrhoea).

Directions for use

• Shake well; best served chilled. May be frozen or gently heated; do not boil.
• Intake to be determined by a healthcare professional. Due to fibre content, intakes >4 bottles/day should be used with caution in young children.

Storage and handling

• Store unopened in a cool, dry place.
• Once opened, reseal and refrigerate; use within 24 hours. Discard any unused remainder, especially if consumed directly from the bottle.
