Description
Fortini Multi Fibre is a paediatric Food for Special Medical Purposes (FSMP): a ready-to-drink, high‑energy (1.5 kcal/ml), nutritionally complete oral nutritional supplement with added fibre. It is formulated specifically for children, with relatively higher fat and lower protein/iron/fibre than typical adult ONS, and includes added carotenoids. For enteral use only and to be used under medical supervision.
Intended users and use
- Children from 1 year of age (typically >8 kg)
- Can supplement the diet; suitable as a sole source of nutrition for children 1–6 years and 8–20 kg (use clinical judgement)
- For the dietary management of disease‑related malnutrition, increased energy/protein needs, faltering growth, and bowel irregularity (constipation or diarrhoea)

Storage and shelf life
- Store unopened at 5–25°C in a cool, dry place
- Once opened: consume within 4 hours, or refrigerate and use within 24 hours; discard any unused remainder
