Nutricia Fortini Multi Fibre is a Food for Special Medical Purposes: a ready-to-drink, high-energy (approximately 1.5 kcal/ml) paediatric oral supplement enriched with fibre for enteral use under medical supervision. Designed for children aged 1–12 years, it can be used as a sole source of nutrition for children 1–6 years or 8–20 kg, and as supplementary nutrition otherwise. Indications include the dietary management of disease-related malnutrition, increased energy/protein requirements, faltering growth, and bowel irregularity (constipation or diarrhoea). The formulation has a child‑specific macronutrient profile with relatively higher fat and lower protein, and reduced fibre and iron compared with typical adult supplements.

Directions and storage

• Shake well; best served chilled; may be frozen or gently heated; do not boil.
• If consumed directly from the bottle, discard any remaining contents.

Contraindications and precautions
