Its primary function is to maintain eyelid closure, thereby preventing potential eye injuries such as corneal abrasions and exposure keratopathy.

• Material Composition: The dressing is constructed from a clear polyurethane film with a non-woven fabric border. This design includes a transparent central window, allowing healthcare professionals to observe eyelid closure directly.

• Dual-Zone Adhesive System: The inner zone features a gentle adhesive, minimizing trauma to the eyelid and enabling intra-operative assessment. The outer zone has a stronger adhesive for secure, extended closure, protecting the eye from dryness and external contaminants.
