• Saline Activation: Upon application of saline, the ENDORACTOR® swells to approximately nine times its original size. This significant expansion allows for effective organ exclusion, minimizing the need for traditional retractors and reducing potential tissue trauma.

• Material Composition: Constructed from 100% cellulose sponge, the device is designed to be gentle on tissues. Its X-ray detectable properties, achieved through the inclusion of polypropylene, polyester, barium sulfate, and blue pigment, ensure that no residue is left behind post-operation.

• Ease of Use: The device is compatible with a ≥12 mm trocar or port, allowing for seamless insertion and removal. Its design facilitates easy removal after surgery, enhancing operational efficiency.

Design Variants

• Type J 20cm Variant: Features a wide center and curvature, optimizing the exclusion of the small intestine. This design may reduce the necessity for extreme Trendelenburg positioning, potentially decreasing hemodynamic instability and related complications.

• 24cm Variant: Before swelling, it measures 200mm x 8mm x 8mm, expanding to 260mm x 72mm x 8mm. The absorbency is approximately 150mL, providing substantial fluid management during procedures.
