Description
The D95 P2 Respirator Mask is a single-use, non-sterile mask designed to provide high-level respiratory protection across various demanding environments. With a particulate filtration efficiency of at least 95%, it effectively filters out non-oil based airborne particles such as dust, smoke, and mist. This makes it particularly suitable for healthcare, clinical, industrial, and polluted settings.
Design and Comfort
The mask features a lightweight flat fold design that expands into a convex shape, ensuring both comfort and breathability. It is equipped with latex-free bands and a FitClip™ system, providing a secure and gap-free fit for different face shapes and sizes. The aluminum nose wire allows for an adjustable fit, enhancing the seal over the nose and mouth.
Material and Construction
Constructed with hydrophobic spunbond polypropylene for both outer and inner layers, the mask includes two meltblown polypropylene filtration layers, each treated with 3% electret. This advanced material composition contributes to its high filtration performance. The mask is available in white and comes in various sizes, including Extra Small, Small, Regular, Large, and Extra Large.
Intended Use
The D95 P2 Respirator Mask is intended for use by healthcare professionals and trained individuals. It is not recommended for children, the general public, or individuals with facial hair or jewelry that may interfere with the mask's seal. Proper donning, fitting, and removal procedures should be followed to ensure effectiveness. The mask should be discarded after each use or if it becomes damp, soiled, or damaged.

Manufacturing and Compliance
Manufactured in Australia, the mask meets the Australian Standards AS/NZS 1716:2012 for respiratory protective devices and is listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG 342752). It is produced under ISO 13485 conditions, with routine testing of raw materials and finished products in a validated laboratory.
Packaging and Storage
The masks are packaged with 25 masks per retail box and 600 masks per bulk carton. Proper storage in original packaging, away from contaminants and extreme conditions, ensures a shelf life of up to 2 years from the date of manufacture.
Limitations
The mask is not suitable for use with oil-based substances and should not be used if the packaging is damaged. Sharing or reusing the mask is not advised, and performance may deteriorate when exposed to oils. Proper hand hygiene is essential during donning and doffing, with instructions and a technical sheet available for users.
