CO-SENNA TAB is intended for adults and children over 12 years of age. It is particularly beneficial for those experiencing opioid-induced constipation. The recommended dosage is 1–2 tablets taken at night, with the possibility of increasing to 4 tablets if necessary. Users are advised to take the tablets with plenty of water.

The onset of action typically occurs within 6 to 12 hours, although in some cases, it may take up to 1 to 3 days. This timing allows for convenient overnight relief, aligning with natural bowel movements.
