Multigate Protex4 Central Venous Catheter (CVC) Surgical Drapes are adhesive aperture drapes with targeted reinforcement, designed to establish and maintain a controlled sterile field for CVC insertion and minor procedures. Part of the Protex4 Advanced Drape Protection System, each drape uses a multi‑layer construction that combines an absorbent top layer with an impervious bi‑laminate backing and an additional ultra‑reinforcement layer in the critical zone. The barrier provides AAMI Level 4 protection across the entire drape and is designed to prevent fluid strikethrough and eliminate bacterial transfer at and around the insertion site. The material is soft and pliable yet strong and durable, with low linting performance and latex‑free composition. High absorption capacity with rapid fluid uptake aids fluid management while supporting procedural efficiency. Colour: Blue.
