Quality Assurance
BOLSAPLAST POUCH is manufactured under rigorous quality control guidelines, conforming to standards such as EN868-2/3/4/5, ISO11607-1, and AS4187. This ensures consistent package integrity and reliable indicator performance after each sterilisation cycle.
Available Formats and Sizes
The product line includes a variety of formats such as flat pouches, gusset pouches, self-sealing pouches, flat rolls, and gusset rolls. Standard sizes range from 7.5cm x 15cm to 40cm x 58cm, with custom measurements available upon request.
Packaging
Typically, the pouches are packaged with 200 units per pack, with configurations such as 6 packs per carton, exemplified by a carton containing 2400 pouches for certain sizes.
Usage Guidelines
To optimise sterilisation outcomes, users should select the appropriate pouch size, allowing for adequate air removal, sterilant penetration, and drying. It is recommended to maintain at least 1 inch of space around the item inside the pouch and to fill the pouch to no more than 75% of its capacity. Adhering to these guidelines, along with the manufacturer's Instructions for Use, will enhance the effectiveness and reliability of the sterilisation process.
