Biatain® Silicone

Biatain® Silicone is a foam dressing equipped with a gentle silicone adhesive. The semi-permeable, bacteria- and waterproof top film enhances protection, while the lock-away layer minimizes leakage. This dressing is suitable for various wound types, including leg ulcers and pressure ulcers, and can be worn for up to seven days, reducing the frequency of dressing changes.

Biatain® Non-Adhesive

The Biatain® Non-Adhesive variant offers similar absorption capabilities without an adhesive layer, making it ideal for wounds with fragile peri-wound skin. Its soft, flexible design with beveled edges reduces pressure marks, providing comfort and protection. This dressing is also suitable for use with compression therapy and can manage wounds such as second-degree burns and skin abrasions.

Biatain® Super

Biatain® Super features a highly absorbent hydrocapillary pad that rapidly absorbs and retains exudate. Available in both adhesive and non-adhesive versions, it serves as a cost-effective, all-in-one dressing solution for wounds like surgical wounds and diabetic foot ulcers. The non-adherent wound contact layer ensures gentle application and removal.

Biatain® Fiber

Biatain® Fiber is a gelling fiber dressing that excels in absorbing exudate and bacteria, maintaining its shape with minimal shrinkage. It is particularly suitable for cavity wounds and highly exuding wounds, offering easy one-piece removal to minimize pain during dressing changes.

Biatain® Contact

Biatain® Contact, a silicone contact layer, allows for transparent wound inspection without removal. It facilitates exudate transfer to a secondary dressing while protecting the wound bed and peri-wound skin.
